MAKING COMPLAINTS/DEALING WITH DISPUTES

This workshop is aimed at all carers of children, young people and adults as well as people with disabilities who are likely to run into difficulties with statutory sector departments of Social Care, Education, Health and Housing. It covers skills for making effective complaints and dealing with disputes, whilst considering the legal basis for them based on rights and entitlements to support services.
